Shindo Mixed Martial Arts is a highly effective fighting art where the student is taught to be capable in all ranges of combat. Skills taught include boxing and kickboxing, wrestling and the ability to take a resisting opponent to the ground and the skills to control and submit an opponent once on the ground. Although Shindo is a modern fighting art, we still believe in the traditional martial arts values such as respect, sincerity, integrity and perseverance.

Training is conducted in a studio gym with a limited number of students on a private and semi-private basis. This will only be available to those who are: passionate about MMA, have some talent, are committed to regular training. Personalised instruction will focus on the needs of each individual, resulting in accelerated learning and progress. With regular training, I guarantee you will achieve a high level of fitness and fighting ability. All levels of competition will be available for those competing. All our training is conducted in a safe and friendly manner.

The Shindo Sunshine Coast gym is part of the highly successful Shindo New Breed gym on the Gold Coast (established in 1994) with instructors and students of each club having a close affiliation.
